Update: Apparently my ex-employers are considering suing me for this post. If they’re reading this right now, here’s my response.
For everyone else since I don’t like the idea of being sued I’ve decided after much deliberation to pursue my grievence through the proper channels first, however if you’d like to read the original post. Feel free to message me and I’ll send it to you.

That sucks.
Posted by Mohammed | September 21, 2012, 12:46 amAll well and good to vent a bit after quitting a shitty job but are you really sure it was wise to call out Bar Crystal like in this fashion? (Or to call out any previous employer when you leave…)
Meh, fuck em.
Posted by Poogasmic | September 21, 2012, 12:47 amI prefer to look at it this way.
If I could put up with a really shitty job for 2 years, imagine how much I’d whup ass at something I remotely enjoy.
Posted by Karl Smallwood | September 21, 2012, 1:03 amNot sure if tolerance of bullshit is really an indicator of how well you may do at a non-bullshit job?
Now, to find a super cheap flight over there so I too can drink from a used plastic cup!
Posted by Poogasmic | September 21, 2012, 1:52 amFirst lol
But that sucks, I wouldn’t want to work in a filthy place, especially if it were advertised as high class.
Posted by Nick | September 21, 2012, 1:03 amOh looks like I’m not first
Posted by Nick | September 21, 2012, 1:04 amIf you knew they were cooking the books and you didnt say anything that makes you a co-conspirator (at least thats how it works in america.) Id remove that if i were you, just in case the lady ever decides to google the bar that fucked her over, and then demands criminal action be taken against everyone involved.
Posted by Kenny Thompson | September 21, 2012, 2:03 amI hope she does. I truly do. Who’s she really going to want to go after. The multi-million pound company, or me?
Posted by Karl Smallwood | September 21, 2012, 2:15 amYou’re one ballsy mother fucker karl.
Posted by Kenny Thompson | September 21, 2012, 2:22 amI’ll second that.
Posted by micahdavisduke | September 21, 2012, 8:11 pmActually the Plaintiff (if she chooses to refile her lawsuit and has a bright lawyer) would be smart to subpoena Karl here to testify to what the company did. He himself would not be personally liable even if he failed to report the activity as he is not a manager and in a position to change anything. Unless he burnt the building down but that would cause its own problems.
